We go to Kyle Edwards in the NXT Event Center with the latest updates in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament. We will soon find out who faces Rhyno & Corbin in the semis as The Hype Bros. face Shoot Nation in Round 2. We go to comments from both teams.

Zack Ryder says they are facing the guys with no game. Mojo Rawley says that means they are facing guys who get no chicks. We go to comments from Shoot Nation. Jason Jordan says they have been pretty impressive. Chad Gable says what also has been impressive is the videos the Hype Bros. have been making to plug their new shirts, ridculous shirts by the way, but the impressive thing that they only spelled one word wrong in the entire video. Jordan sarcastically claps for them, then says he is actually impressed by the fact that they have made it this far in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Gable says that the road ends here, then says he hates saying the Hype Bros. name. Jordan says that you are looking at the future winners of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Gable says and you wanna know why, then he brandishes his towel and goes the “Ready, Willing and Gable” catchphrase that Jordan continues to refuse to say.

This match will take place this weekend during NXT’s live event tour of Florida.

Vaudevillains celebrate their title retention afterwards.

We close with promos by The Jersey Boys & Finn Balor and Samoa Joe about their Round 2 match next week.

Enzo Amore says that no man has done more for our careers than Dusty Rhodes and its an honor and a privelige to be competing in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. As for our opponents next week, we’ve bent elbows with them a few times and there is nothing “foogazie” about that title around your waist, Finn Balor and there ain’t nothing “SAWFT” about you, Samoa Joe, but as for Big Cass, there ain’t nothing “SAWFT” about that size 16 boot, neither and the “Michael Jordan of Jaragon”, my jaw is so hard, I can blow a bubble with an hour later. Winners focus on winning, losers focus on wins and real recoginzes real.

Cass says that we have all the respect in the world for Joe and Balor, but next week, respect goes out the window, along with your chances of winning this tournament, because you two are going home and me & Enzo are moving on to win the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, how you doin’?

We go to Balor & Joe. Balor says that next week, we face Enzo & Cass. Now, you guys are my friends, but friendship gets pushed aside. This is the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic and Dusty Rhodes was my mentor.

Joe says that friends or not, me & Finn are here for a singular purpose and that’s winning it all. Ain’t that right, champ? Joe slaps the belt, which surprises Balor. Joe says that we know you two are the realest guys in the room, but you’re staring at the two toughest dogs on the block and trust me gentlemen, you can’t teach that.

Show closes.
