3 days until WWE Battleground in St. Louis!

Roman Reigns music hits and he makes his way down through the crowd and down to the ring. We see footage of RAW where he turns the table on Bray Wyatt and attacks him from behind. Roman Reigns cuts a promo in the ring. He begins with a history lesson of how Wyatt started interfering in his life. He says Wyatt thinks he is in his head but that is not the case. He says that later tonight he will team up with Dean Ambrose to take on Sheamus and Big Show. Bray Wyatt’s graphic interrupts reigns and we see Wyatt on the Jumbotron clapping. Wyatt says that he knew that Reigns was behind him on RAW and that he actually admired him for a minute. Wyatt says that his hand is a hammer and he will bring it down on Reigns. Reigns asks if Wyatt is going to stay on TV all night or if he will bring the hammer to the ring for a fight. Wyatt laughs and says that Reigns should go home and tell his loved ones how much he loves them because there is no guarantee he is coming back after Battleground.

–Commercial Break—

Back from the break Lucha Dragon’s music hits and they make their way to the ring. PrimeTime Players are on commentary. The New Day makes their way out clapping down to the ring.

Lucha Dragons vs The New Day

The match starts with Kofi and Sin Cara. Kofi kicks Cara in the corner, then Big E tags in but Cara takes him down with an arm drag. Kalisto in now hits a backbreaker. Kalisto gets knocked outside and slammed into the barricade as we go to a break.

–Commercial Break–

Back from the break we see Kofi taking it to Sin Cara. Sin Cara goes for a senton. Big E ducks but Sin Cara tags out. Kalisto goes for a corkscrew elbow before Kofi runs in. Kalisto kicks him in the face, then Sin Cara splashes him on the floor. Big E goes for a German suplex. Kalisto hits the Solida Del Sol but Woods interferes, then Sin Cara gets knocked off the apron and Big E and Kofi hit a tandem Big Ending for the win.

WINNER:  The New Day

After the match The New Day taunts The Primetime Players as they sit at the commentary table. They vow to win back the Tag Team Titles. PTP enters the ring and The New Day retreat. PTP hold up the belts as New Day heads up the ramp.

We see Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose in the back. They say that if Wyatt shows up in their match tonight, he won’t make it to Battleground.

–Commercial Break—

Back from the break King Barrett makes his way to the ring. Jack Swagger is already in the ring.

King Barrett vs Jack Swagger

Swagger and Barrett lock up. They fight for position before Swagger takes him down. Swagger then hits a clothesline but Barrett makes a comeback with some strikes. They fight near the apron before Wade connects with multiple knees, then Barrett catches him with a Bullhammer for the win.

WINNER: King Barrett

After the match “King What’s Up”, R Truth comes out. Barrett says he has had enough, and Truth makes a mockery of his crown. Wade says he won this honor. Truth parades around like a joke, and Barrett says he is going to beat him down and make him bow to the real King.

–Commercial Break—

Back from the break we see the smashed up Cadillac on the ramp. We are shown a video preview for the match between Rollins and Brock Lesnar at Battleground.

We see Cesaro walking in the back. Kevin Owens is seen smiling and tells Cesaro good luck. Rusev makes his way down to the ring with Summer Rae.

–Commercial Break—

Back from the break Cesaro makes his way down to the ring. We see footage of RAW where Cena and Rusev are taken down by Kevin Owens after the Triple Threat match. 

Rusev vs Cesaro

They lock up. Cesaro applies a waist lock and knocks Rusev down.  Rusev comes back with some strikes and hits a fall away slam. Rusev hits him a few more times before Cesaro comes back with a German suplex, then Rusev splashes him near the ropes to block a second. Rusev hits a fall away slam for two as we go to a break.

–Commercial Break–

Back from the break we see Rusev connect with a headbutt and then he applies a headlock. Cesaro fights back with some elbows, then ducks a clothesline and connects with a springboard corkscrew uppercut. Cesaro connects with several rolling uppercuts in the corner, then he slams Rusev down for two before connecting with a dropkick. Rusev comes back with a spinning heel kick for two, then he goes for the Accolade but Cesaro blocks it. Rusev takes him outside and kicks him in the face, then rolls him in and hesitates before going up top. Cesaro up now and hits him with a rolling uppercut, then picks him up and hits the Neutralizer for the win.

WINNER: Cesaro

We see Sheamus in the back. He says that he is one Brogue Kick away from being the WWE Heavyweight Champion. He says that Randy Orton will go down this Sunday at Battleground.

–Commercial Break—

Back from break Stardust is making his way to the ring. We see the footage from RAW where Stardust defeated Neville. Neville’s music hits and he makes his way to the ring.

Neville vs Stardust

Neville connects with a kick but Stardust knocks him down and knees him. Stardust then applies an arm bar but Neville arm drags him. Neville sends him outside and hits a springboard somersault splash, then Neville goes for a springboard rollup but Stardust blocks it. Stardust grabs the ropes and tries to steal a pin, but the ref catches him and breaks it up. Neville uses the break to catch Stardust off-guard, and rolls him up for the win.

WINNER: Neville

–Commercial Break–

Back from the break, Neville talks to Rich Brennan about his win backstage, but Stardust shows up and attacks him from behind. Stardust hits him a few times and says there’s going to be turbulence in the ‘Altitude Era’, and laughs as he runs away.

JoJo interviews Naomi, Tamina and Sasha Banks. Naomi says it’s about time the sides are even in the Divas Division. Naomi says they got Sasha, and Sasha says it’s there time to take over and runs things. She says the rest of the Divas think they can handle things, but they run things, and Naomi says they are “bad”. She declares they are “BAD: Best At Dominating”, and Sasha says they can bank on that.

Dean Ambrose’s music hits and he makes his way down to the ring.

–Commercial Break—

Back from the break Roman Reigns makes his way through the crowd. Sheamus is out next and Mr. Money in the bank makes his way to the ring. Big Show is out next. We are informed about the injury to Ryback that he suffered on RAW that will keep him from defending the Intercontinental Title this Sunday at Battleground.

Main Event: Sheamus and Big Show vs Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns

Sheamus catches Ambrose with a forearm shot but Ambrose rebounds with a clothesline, and Sheamus rolls outside. Big Show regroups with Sheamus but Reigns runs around and punches him, then Ambrose hits a splash off the turnbuckles.

–Commercial Break–

We get back from a break to see Show punching Ambrose in the corner, but Ambrose fights back with some chops and hits the ropes. Show clotheslines him and Sheamus tags in, then he scoop slams Ambrose and trades some punches. Ambrose dropkicks him and hits the ropes, but Show knocks him down behind the ref’s back and Sheamus hits a backbreaker. Show tags in and punches Ambrose a few times, then Sheamus tags back in and keeps Ambrose grounded. Show assists with some stomps, then Ambrose stuns him with some strikes and makes the tag. Reigns tags in and connects with several clotheslines, then he tags Sheamus with an uppercut and hits a Samoan drop.

Reigns goes for a Superman punch but Show hits him from behind, and he sends him into Sheamus, who hits White Noise. Ambrose breaks up the pin and tackles Show on the floor, but Show catches him and tries to choke slam him. Ambrose counters with a DDT through the announcer’s table, then Reigns and Sheamus slug it out in the ring. Sheamus hits Reigns in the corner but Reigns connects with a Superman punch, then Bray Wyatt runs in and attacks Reigns for the disqualification.

WINNER: Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns via DQ

Reigns counters Sister Abigail and spears Wyatt, then Sheamus, and leaves Wyatt laying on the ramp as the show ends.
