While the official total still remains unknown, the small theatrical release of WWE Studios’ “Knucklehead” starring Big Show grossed less than $1,000 total. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE wasn’t expecting to make any money on it in theaters as it was always scheduled as a straight-to-DVD release, but gave it a very limited release to make it appear as though it wasn’t. Regardless of plans, it has to be a disappointing number for the company.
