Son of WWE Hall of Famer confirmed for NIL deal

In an interview with the Miami Herald, Brandon Rechsteiner stated that his brother Brock had signed a deal with the company, confirming the news revealed by WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner the month prior.

Brandon talked about the passion the brothers have had for sports over the years, and where wrestling fits into their lives:

My dream for me and my brother would both be to do the best we can in what we do — which him for football, me for basketball. And then, for my brother, I know he really wants to [be in] WWE. He has signed an NIL deal with WWE. So my dream for him would be to do really good in football, try to take it to the NFL, whatever that means, and then — he will be a WWE Superstar because he’s so talented and he has the charisma that my dad has.

WWE launched the NIL program in 2021, creating a pipeline between college athletics and WWE developmental by offering support to recruits during college and the possibility of a full developmental contract upon completion of the program.
