Variety has reported that WWE Raw has reached the Top 10 English-language global TV charts on Netflix for the twenty-seventh straight week as of the July 7 episode.
The show, which debuted on the streaming platform on January 6, has averaged about 6.3 million hours viewed per week, with just over 3 million views per week when defined as total hours viewed divided by total run time.
Regarding the partnership between the two companies, WWE chief content officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque said:
Netflix has been amazing, in every sense of the word. They are phenomenal partners. And we can’t say enough about WWE fans. They’ve shown up in full force, as passionate and engaged as ever.
Gabe Spitzer, vice president of sports at Netflix, shared similar sentiments, adding:
It’s everything we could have hoped for and more. We knew going in that we’re not going to change WWE. It was more, how can we add to it in small ways, and that’s what we’ve seen so far.
