TMZ Sports is reporting the Los Angeles Police Department is investigating an incident from a private pro wrestling event that took place at the affiliated WWE ID KNOKX Pro Wrestling school on Saturday night.

The incident involves Raja Jackson, the son of former UFC Light Heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Syko Stu.

In a graphic video partially blurred, which was released by TMZ Sports, shows Raja entering the ring, slamming Stu hard to canvas, legitimately knocking him out and then punching him repeatedly to the face and head. Wrestlers and officials immediately hit the ring and pulled Raja off Stu.

You can watch the video below:

One of the wrestlers, Douglas Malo told TMZ Sports, the incident was “so shocking because they were supposed to do a small spot and before you know it, he’s raining down punches.” Douglas added the entire situation was “tragic” and “barbaric,” as his own mother, kids and families were in stands watching everything go down.

TMZ further notes a source close to the event said they can “guarantee” that Raja will never again be allowed at KnokX Pro wrestling match after the act was condemned and said to be a “selfish, irresponsible act of violence.”

In a later report by TMZ Sports, Rampage Jackson apologized for his son’s violent actions, saying, “Raja is a MMA fighter not a pro wrestler and had no business involved in an event like this. I don’t condone my son’s actions AT ALL!”

At the time of TMZ’s report, WWE has not commented on the incident.
