According to a new report from WesternMass News in Springfield, Massachusetts, this past Monday’s (9/15) episode of WWE Raw broke records financial records for city of Springfield and the MassMutual Center.
The report notes the per MassMutual Center officials, Monday’s episode of Raw generated an estimated $1.1 million in total economic impact, which was said to be the highest single-day event impact in the arena’s history. Furthermore, in addition to hotels, restaurants and local businesses seeing a boom, Raw was the arena’s highest grossing day ever, seeing the highest amount of food, beverage, and merchandise sales.
It added that Monday’s Raw was also marked as one of the highest attended events in the history of the MassMutal Center.
