Peter Avalon posted on social media that he underwent meniscus and ACL surgery on 10/21, following a rotator cuff surgery in April.
The AEW talent, who was part of the first wave of signings for the company in 2019, last competed in December 2024 at an independent wrestling event.
Avalon was last seen on ROH programming that October, teaming with Preston Vance to take on BEEF and former Wingmen partner JD Drake.
There is no timetable on his return as of this writing.
