Former WWE talent Ridge Holland (real name Luke Menzies) took to social media, releasing a statement regarding the GoFundMe campaign which was recently launched help him and his family following his release from the company.
Holland thanked everyone for their incredible support shown through the campaign. He said that he was not aware of the GoFundMe and had no prior discussion with the family member that created it. He also notes that he has asked that no further donations be accepted, which should take effect within 24 hours. Holland further added that the money will be donated to charity.

WWE terminated Holland’s contract early following comments he made on social media. His current deal was originally set to expire on November 14. However, it is expected that WWE will still pay for any related medical expenses during his recovery period. He is expected to be out of action for at least seven months.
The comment that got Holland in hot water with WWE, was made in a recent X post, which he said he felt “hung out to dry” by WWE and never thought he would not be able make his mortgage payments.
