During an appearance on What’s Your Story? with Stephanie McMahon, Liv Morgan looked back on her arrest in December 2023.
The former WWE Women’s World Champion was charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid and possession of cannabis (20 grams or less), with the former charge dropped and the latter transferred to another court before being closed.
Morgan said she was being compliant with the arrest and orders from the police, but the “vibe” changed after they learned who she was from finding work-related items in her vehicle.
Now, they’re like apologizing to me. Now, it’s too far in the process where they have to arrest me. What the body camera didn’t pick up is three cop cars pull up as I’m in the backseat, and I’m doing a meet and greet. I’m like handcuffed and they’re like, ‘Liv! Is work going to be mad?’ ‘Yeah! Yeah, they are.’ They’re taking photos.
Morgan added that her journal was read during the arrest as well.
