Former AEW champion makes WWE Royal Rumble debut

WWE Royal Rumble saw the official debut of Royce Keys at #14.

This marks the first appearance for the former Powerhouse Hobbs since his AEW deal expired earlier this month, which saw him drop the AEW World Trios Championship on his way out.

Keys was ultimately eliminated by The Vision, as recapped by Mike Tedesco in his live coverage of the show:

Paul squares off against Keys. Paul goes, “Who the hell are you?” Paul punches him, but Keys shakes it off and hits him with a World’s Strongest Slam. Reed approaches Keys, so Keys pulls the straps down. Theory and Paul attack Keys. The Vision then eliminates Keys.
