Following her surprise appearance at Saturday’s Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia, WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella took to Instagram, indicating that “BRIEMODE IS ACTIVATED.”
The question now, is how long will Brie stick around in WWE. Per a report from Dave Meltzer on Sunday evening, Brie is back with the company, “for the time being.”
Brie was a surprise entrant, in the Women’s Royal Rumble Match, entering at No. 29. She lasted for about seven minutes and was eliminated by Lash Legend. This was Brie’s first match since competing in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble Match. Her husband Bryan Danielson is still under contract to AEW and had a short stint doing color commentary on Dynamite while Taz was out with recovering from shoulder surgery.
Brie’s twin sister, Nikki made her return to the ring last year, where she began a feud with Liv Morgan and then later turned heel, going after Stephanie Vaquer. Nikki was unsuccessful in capturing the Women’s World Title in a three-way match at the 2025 Survivor Series which also included Raquel Rodriguez.
