WWE Hall of Famer comments on turning 77

WWE Hall of Famer “Nature Boy” Ric Flair took to social media, to comment on turning 77-years old on Wednesday.

Earlier this month, Flair revealed an undisclosed promoter offered him an out of retirement match with fellow WWE Hall of Famer Ricky Morton. Flair stated that he turned down the offer and said he will never have a comeback match. His final match was back on July 31, 2022, at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. The event aired on pay-per-view.

Flair is still currently under contract with AEW, but only makes very rare appearances. He last appeared on the taped episode of Collision that aired on May 17, 2025. He had been scheduled to appear at the AEW Blood & Guts special in Greensboro, North Carolina, but pulled out of working a TV segment with Ricky Steamboat and FTR, due to a rotator cuff injury. He did make an appearance for the crowd off-air.
