Live in the arena, we cut to the announce team and they go through tonight’s card.

Big Bubba vs. Sting

The bell rings and we are under way. Big Bubba extends his hand for a handshake but Sting slaps him away. Big Bubba runs towards Sting and Sting with a drop toe hold. Sting with a bulldog. Sting to the ropes but Big Bubba grabs him and lands an atomic drop. Big Bubba with a right hand. Big Bubba goes for the cover but Sting kicks out. Big Bubba with a side head lock but Sting with elbows and he gets out of it. Sting with right hands and he runs to the ropes but Big Bubba with a spine buster. Big Bubba goes for the cover but Sting kicks out. Big Bubba with a head lock but Sting with elbows and he gets out of it. Sting slams Big Bubba face first onto the top turnbuckle. He grabs Big Bubba but throws him into the corner and he lands a splash on Sting. Big Bubba with a clothesline and he goes for the cover but Sting kicks out. He throws Sting to the outside of the ring and slams him onto the ring apron. Sting rolls into the ring. Big Bubba throws him to the ropes but Sting grabs him and lands a piledriver. Both men with right hands and Sting with a big boot. Sting climbs the top rope and goes for a splash but Big Bubba gets his knees up. Big Bubba throws him to the outside of the ring. Big Bubba climbs the top rope but Sting gets up and trips him up. Sting climbs the top rope and lands a cross body. He goes for the cover and gets the pin.

Winner: Sting

Roy’s thoughts: I love Sting, the fans love Sting. This wasn’t a great match but again, it’s Sting.

-Commercial Break-

Back from commercial, Gene Okerlund is on the ramp with Sting, Lex Luger, Hawk and Animal. The Road Warriors say they know that Luger is cheap but they ask him where Sting’s head is at. Luger tells them they are the Tag Team champions. Luger says they are not scared of them. They tell Luger that he isn’t from Chicago and Luger argues with them. Sting tells Luger that he is from the white collar part of Chicago while Hawk and Animal are from the mean streets of Chicago. They challenge Luger and Sting to a Chicago street fight and Luger accepts.

Roy’s thoughts: A solid promo. Teams would always say that Luger was the bad guy and Sting the good guy in the team, this was no different.

The Renegade vs. Lex Luger

The bell rings and we are under way. The Renegade with a shoulder tackle. Luger rolls to the outside of the ring. Luger gets back in the ring and The Renegade with a clothesline. The Renegade with right hands but Luger with an atomic drop. The Renegade with a clothesline. He goes for the cover but Luger kicks out. The Renegade with a back body drop. The Renegade goes for a cross body but Luger moves out of the way. Luger with a back suplex. He goes for the cover but The Renegade kicks out. Luger with a clothesline. He goes for the cover but The Renegade kicks out. Luger with a head lock and he slams The Renegade into the turnbuckle. Luger with a suplex. The Renegade gets back up and lands a clothesline. The Renegade with a power slam. He goes for the cover but Luger kicks out. The Renegade with a clothesline followed by a back elbow. The Renegade with a bulldog. The Renegade climbs the top rope but out comes Jimmy Hart. Luger distracts the referee and Jimmy Hart pushes The Renegade off the top rope. Luger gets The Renegade in the Torture Rack and The Renegade taps out.

Winner: Lex Luger

Out comes Sting after the match and he argues with Luger. He asks Luger what is happening with him and Sting gets in Luger’s face. Luger tells him he doesn’t know.

Roy’s thoughts: This just wasn’t a good match. It was all about the ending with Luger needing Jimmy Hart to win but as a match, this wasn’t good.

Harlem Heat vs. The Road Warriors

The bell rings and we are under way. Hawk and Booker T start the match. Booker with right hands and a body slam. Hawk with a clothesline. He throws Booker to the ropes and Hawk with a drop kick. Booker rolls to the outside of the ring. Hawk to the outside and Booker T gets back in the ring. Hawk gets in the ring and Booker with a right hand. Booker grabs Hawk but Hawk with a spinning neck breaker. Hawk with an elbow. He goes for the cover but Booker kicks out. Animal is tagged in and Stevie Ray is tagged in. Stevie Ray with right hands and a body slam. He throws Animal to the ropes and Animal with a clothesline. Hawk is tagged in and Hawk with a head lock. Hawk to the ropes but Booker with a knee. Stevie Ray with a power bomb. Booker T is tagged in and Booker with an axe kick. Booker goes for the cover but Hawk kicks out. Stevie Ray is tagged in and they double team Hawk. Booker T is tagged back in and they double team him. Stevie Ray is tagged back in and Hawk with an elbow to the face. Animal is tagged in. Animal with right hands and in comes Booker but Animal with a drop kick. Animal with a double clothesline. He goes for the cover but that is broken up. In comes Hawk and all four men fight. Animal with a big boot onto Booker T. Hawk goes for the cover and gets the pin.

Winners: Legion of Doom

Roy’s thoughts: A hard hitting match. The fans liked both teams here but the ending was just odd.

Ric Flair, Arn Anderson and Kevin Sullivan with Miss Elizabeth and Woman vs. Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage and The Bootyman

The bell rings and we are under way. All six men fight in the ring. The Bootyman and Arn start the match. Out comes Kimberly with flowers in her hand. The Bootyman with a knee to the face. He grabs Arn but Arn with right hands. The Bootyman with a big boot followed by a sleeper hold. In comes Sullivan and The Bootyman lets go of the sleeper. Flair is not tagged in but Flair gets in the ring. The Bootyman with a drop toe hold. Savage is tagged in. Flair with a cop to the chest but Savage throws him into the corner. Savage with a back body drop. He grabs Flair but Flair with an elbow to the face. Flair climbs the top rope but Savage gorilla presses him. Savage climbs the top rope and he jumps but Flair with a right hand. Hogan is tagged in but Flair with a kick. Flair with a chop to the chest but Hogan with clotheslines. Hogan with a back body drop. He gets Flair on the ring apron and Hogan with a clothesline. In come Arn and Sullivan but Hogan with a double clothesline. Flair gets back in the ring and Hogan with right hands. The Bootyman is tagged in and they double team Flair. The Bootyman goes for the cover but Flair kicks out. Savage is tagged in and he grabs Miss Elizabeth and Woman by the hair. Sullivan hits Savage from behind. He hits Savage with right hands. Arn is tagged in and he throws Savage to the outside. Flair throws Savage into the barricade. He throws Savage back into the ring. Sullivan is tagged in and he lands a big boot. Arn is tagged back in and he lands a drop toe hold. Sullivan is tagged in and eh lands a chop to the chest. Sullivan to the ropes and he lands a shoulder tackle. The Bootyman is tagged in and he hits all three men. Hogan is tagged in and he lands a big boot onto Sullivan, Flair and Arn. Hogan with the Leg Drop. He goes for the cover and gets the pin.

Winners: Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage and The Bootyman

Miss Elizabeth gets on the ring apron and she ties Hogan in handcuffs. Flair whips Hogan with a belt and Nitro goes off the air.

Roy’s thoughts: Not a fan of this match. Again, the ending here was not good. You had the big stars in Hogan, Flair and Savage but the match wasn’t a good one.
