WCW Nitro kicks off with the legendary Nitro video.
In the arena, we see The Giant and Loch Ness fighting on the entrance ramp. Out comes Lex Luger for his match against loch Ness but The Giant is throwing Loch Ness on the barricade.
World TV Championship match – Lex Luger (c) vs. Loch Ness
The bell rings and we are under way. Luger is in the ring but Loch Ness is on the outside of the ring. The referee counts Loch Ness out and the bell rings.
Winner: Still World TV Champion, Lex Luger
Jimmy Hart gets in the ring and celebrates with Luger.
We cut to the announce team and Luger joins. He celebrates and says he is ready, he is peaking at the right time.
Roy’s thoughts: This was an explosive start to Nitro. The Giant and Loch Ness fighting, Luger getting the win, just a fun start.
-Commercial Break-
Back from commercial, Tony Schiavone is at the entrance ramp but out come Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage. Hogan tells Tony that this place is on fire with Macho Mania and Hulkamania. But right now, they have the upper hand after the six man tag team match last week. He says if he and Savage go to the top, they go to the top together. Savage says there is a fine line between hate and love. He says the tip of the iceberg will happen i a little while.
Hogan says there are no titles on the line at Uncensored, he heard Sullivan and what he said. He doesn’t care about what comes out of the Dungeon, he tells them to bring all of their horses because the Mega Powers will kick their rear end again. Savage says it is not over until it is over.
Public Enemy vs. The Steiner Brothers
Rocco and Johnny bring out a table with them and place it at ringside. The bell rings and we are under way. Scott and Rocco start the match. Scott with right hands but Rocco with an arm drag. Rocco to the ropes but Scott with a side slam. Scott with a gorilla press and Rocco rolls to the outside of the ring onto the table. Scott gets on the ring apron but Rocco moves and Scott lands a double axe handle. Scott throws him back into the ring. Johnny is tagged in and as is Rick. Johnny with right hands but Rick with a power slam. In comes Rocco but Rick with a clothesline. Johnny gets up but in comes Scott and Scott with a clothesline. Rocco with a right hand onto Rick and he throws Rick to the outside of the ring. Johnny places a chair at ring side and he bulldogs Rick face first onto the chair. He throws Rick back into the ring. Rocco body slams Rick. He climbs the second rope and lands a moon sault. Rocco with a DDT. Rocco climbs the top rope and jumps but Rick with a power slam. He goes for the cover but Rocco kicks out. Scott is tagged in and he places Rocco on the top rope. Scott with a suplex. He goes for the cover but Johnny breaks it up. He throws Rocco to the ropes but Rocco with a springboard moon sault onto Scott. He goes for the cover but Scott kicks out. Johnny is tagged in. Johnny with a swinging neck breaker. He goes for the cover but Scott kicks out. Johnny places Scott on the top rope and he goes for a suplex but Scott with a right hand. Scott slams Johnny down onto the mat. Rocco runs towards Scott and hits him with a right hand. Scott falls onto the mat. Johnny grabs Scott but Scott with a right hand. Scott with an overhead belly to belly. Rick is tagged in and in comes Rocco. Both teams fight. Rocco and Rick to the outside of the ring. Rocco places Rick on the table at ring side. Rocco gets in the ring and goes for a splash but Scott moves Rick out of the way and Rocco goes through the table. Scott gets Johnny on his shoulders and Rick climbs the top rope. Rick with the bulldog. He goes for the cover and gets the pin.
Winners: The Steiner Brothers
Roy’s thoughts: A very good tag team match. Rocco Rock was very impressive here, both teams looked solid and just fun to watch.

Arn Anderson with Woman vs. The Booty Man
The bell rings and we are under way. Booty Man with a head lock but Arn throws him to the ropes. Booty Man with a shoulder tackle. Booty Man slams Arn’s face onto the turnbuckle and Arn falls to the outside of the ring. Booty Man with right hands and he throws Arn into the ring. He grabs Arn but Arn with a right hand. Booty Man with right hands. Booty Man goes for a right hand but Arn rolls to the outside of the ring. Booty Man to the outside but Arn with a right hand and he slams him into the ring apron. Arn throws Booty Manback into the ring.Arn with right hands. Arn with an arm bar and Arn with a hammerlock body slam. Arn climbs the second rope and he goes for a double axe but Booty Man with a right hand. Booty Man with a body slam followed by a back body drop. Out comes Kimberly Page and Woman takes off her heel. Woman gets in Kimberly’s face but Booty Man gets in the middle of them. Arn with a right hand on the outside of the ring. Arn throws Booty Man back into the ring. As Arn is getting in the ring, Booty Man hits him with a knee to the face. Booty Man goes for the cover and gets the pin.
Winner: Booty Man
Roy’s thoughts: This wasn’t very good. Just slow and not much.

Road Warriors vs. Nasty Boys
The bell rings and we are under way. Both teams are fighting in the ring and to the outside of the ring.
-Commercial Break-
Back from commercial, Nasty Boys double team Hawk. Knobbs climbs the top rope but Animal pushes him down. Sags hits Animal with a chair on the outside of the ring. Animal gets up and hits the Nasty Boys with the chair. Animal and Knobs get in the ring and Animal with a shoulder tackle. Hawk is tagged in and Hawk with a splash. Hawk with a kick and Animal is tagged in. Animal with a double axe. Knobbs to the ropes and Animal with a body slam followed by an elbow drop. He goes for the cover but Knobbs kicks out. Animal goes for a splash but Knobbs gets his knees up. Sags is tagged in. Sags with right hands. Both teams in the ring.
Out come the Steiner Brothers and they pull Sags to the outside of the ring. Hawk grabs Rick to the outside. Animal hits Knobs with his shoulder pad. He goes for the cover and gets the pin.
Winners: Road Warriors
The Steiner Brothers and Hawk fight on the outside of the ring but the referee breaks it up.
Roy’s thoughts: A bit difficult to follow at times but not bad. The Steiner Brothers being added just make any match better.

Tornado Tag Team match – Ric Flair and Taskmaster with Woman vs. Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage
The bell rings and we are under way. Hogan with a back body drop onto Flair and Flair falls to the outside of the ring. Flair with a poke to the eyes but Hogan slams Flair on the barricade. Savage and Taskmaster fight on the outside. Hogan and Flair back in the ring. Hogan gets Flair in the corner and Hogan climbs the second rope. Hogan with right hands. He throws Flair to the opposite corner and Flair flips over the top rope. Flair on the ring apron and Hogan with a right hand. Savage with right hands on the outside onto Flair. Hogan and Taskmaster on the outside. Both teams back in the ring. Flair pushes the referee down but the referee pushes Flair down. Hogan with a clothesline onto Flair. Savage and Taskmaster to the outside. Hogan throws Flair to the outside of the ring. Both teams back in the ring. Flair with a right hand but Hogan with a right hand. Out comes Arn Anderson. Hogan with right hands. Hogan with a Big Boot. Hogan to the ropes but Arn trips him up. Hogan to the outside but out comes Pillman. Hogan grabs Pillman but Flair throws Hogan into the ring. Pillman grabs a chair and the referee calls for the bell. Out comes The Booty Man.
Winners: No contest
Roy’s thoughts: For a tornado tag team match, this was easy to follow. Flair is just a lot of fun to watch. His facial expressions, his bumps, everything.
-Commercial Break-
Back from commercial, Z-Gangsta and The Barbarian comes out with Jimmy Hart. They get in the ring but Hogan, Savage and Booty Man leave the ring. Out comes Tony Schiavone and Sullivan tells Hogan that when he decided to bring his best friend into death row, they just upped the anty. Jimmy Hart tells Hogan that he will come to an end. Flair tells Hogan to look at the. Arn tells Hogan that at Uncensored, they will make them slow bleed.
We cut to the announce team and they talk about Uncensored as Nitro goes off the air.
Roy’s thoughts: A chaotic Nitro but a good Nitro. A lot of fighting, a lot of wrestling, not too much talking. Z-Gangster being on the show was interesting but I don’t remember him being a big name anymore when he was brought in. Still, a good show.
