Emily Agard has announced she is joining the WWE broadcast team for the NXT brand.
Agard is a former host for Sportsnet, joining Jackie Redmond among the alumni of the channel working for WWE.
Currently on the NXT broadcast team are Vic Joseph and Booker T on commentary, with Mike Rome serving as ring announcer and Sarah Schreiber interviewing backstage.
The news comes as WWE and CW have reached an agreement to bring NXT’s premium live events to the network starting this summer, with the brand’s programming coming to Roku and ESPN Unlimited as well.
