It was revealed in TKO’s financial reports filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission, Nick Khan signed a new deal that will keep him as WWE’s President now through 2030.
Khan’s new contract includes a new yearly base salary of $2 million through the end of this year and then an increase up to $3 million per year starting in January 2027 up until the his new contract ends.
He also is eligible for annual bonuses of 150 percent of his base salary for 2026 and then 20 percent of his base salary starting in 2027, up until 2030. He also received a “signing equity award” of $11 million in restricted stock that vests over four years and a one-time “special performance incentive” of $5,000,000.
In 2025 Khan earned $24.3 million on the $2 million of base salary, $11 million in stock awards and more than $10 million in bonuses.
