Backstage WWE news on Ludwig Kaiser’s recent arrest

Fightful Select has published backstage news on Ludwig Kaiser as it pertains to the fallout and discussion within WWE surrounding his arrest.

The report notes that internally there does not appear to be significant concern about the situation and per multiple reports, WWE management is not expected to issue disciplinary action against Kaiser at the present time. It was also added there is also said to be belief among several people with the narrative that Kaiser defended himself and his girlfriend Andrea Bazarte from ICE related comments made by the victim.

In addition, Fightful Select said that speaking to a number of sources within WWE, they believe the story about Kaisier defending himself and Bazarte from ICE comments was planted within the company.

Internally there is reportedly optimism Kaiser’s the legal matter will eventually be resolved without major consequences. With WWE officials being informed the night that Kaiser was arrested, there is said to be no backstage heat on him as a result of the incident.

However, not all in the locker room reportedly agrees with the “self-defense” narrative tied to the incident, as some talent were said to be skeptical and felt Kaiser should have simply removed himself from the situation altogether.

PWInsider reported on Tuesday that Judge Andrew Cameron, who is presiding over the criminal case against WWE star Marcel Barthel (El Grande Americano and Ludwig Kaiser), officially signed off Tuesday to approve the motion requesting Barthel be allowed to travel both within the United States and internationally during the duration of the case against him.
