Report: Sol Ruca reportedly injured, status of match at Clash in Italy unknown

As first reported by F4WOnline, then PWInsider, WWE’s Sol Ruca is reportedly injured.

It is being said that Ruca sustained a leg injury during her match against Lynch during last weekend’s Saturday Night’s Main Event, after landing awkwardly following her attempt to hit the Sol Snatcher on Becky Lynch. Ruca won the non-title match by DQ after Lynch pulled referee Jessika Carr in the way.

At the time of the reports, the extent of injury is not known. Ruca has been scheduled to have a match against Becky Lynch for the Women’s Intercontinental Title at Clash in Italy. PWInsider notes in their report that WWE sources indicated on Friday Ruca is traveling to Italy for the Sunday’s Clash in Italy premium live event. It is not known at the time of this writing, if the match will be canceled or postponed.

WWE called up Ruca to the main roster, where she made her debut on the Raw after WrestleMania 42.

Becky Lynch posted earlier on social media (in character), that Ruca is not medically cleared to compete.

We will provide any updates as they become available.
