Tony Schiavone will not be calling the action on AEW Dynamite tonight.
Schiavone has a prior commitment to help produce the Sugar Bowl, which takes place today at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Baylor Bears will take on the Georgia Bulldogs.
F4WOnline is reporting that Taz will be filling in for Schiavone tonight on commentary. Taz has previously commentated on an episode of AEW Dark. It has already been announced that Taz would be appearing on tonight’s AEW Dynamite: Homecoming Edition, but his role was not stated.
Schiavone is due to be back on commentary next week.
