AEW Executive VP Cody to be a judge on new TBS reality series “Go-Big Show”

AEW Executive Vice President Cody will be a judge on a new TBS reality show, “Go-Big Show.”

At the end of Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Cody said that he is “currently injured,” and revealed he will be a judge on the debut of the “Go-Big Show.”

“Go-Big Show”, which will be hosted by Bert Kreischer, is a competition talent show involving feats of strength with the winner receiving a monetary prize of $100,000. 

Other celebrity judges on the show will include Jennifer Nettles, Rosario Dawson, and Snoop Dog.

Judging includes the likes of monster trucks, alligator trainers, and stunt archery, and will also highlight behind-the-scenes stories from the challengers, who will aim to impress the judges in head-to-head competition.

“Go-Big Show” will be held at the Macon Coliseum in Georgia.  There will be strict COVID-19 (coronavirus) safety protocols, that includes and empty arena, that will include drive-in audiences. 

The show is expected begin airing sometime in 2021.  A first look a the show from TBS can be viewed above.

Cody’s last appearance was on the August 22, 2020 episode of Dynamite when he lost the TNT Championship to the Dark Order’s Leader Mr. Brodie Lee.  After the match, Cody had to leave on a stretcher.  Before he made it to the back, Lee bashed him over with a bag that was filled with pieces of the original, incomplete TNT Championship.
