AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT Ratings: Viewers down for AEW, still beats NXT

AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT ratings for March 24, 2021 are now in. 

AEW Dynamite, going head-to-head against WWE NXT, drew an average of 757,000 viewers on Wednesday night according to a report by showbuzzdaily.com.

This is up down last week’s show that drew 768,000 viewers on TNT. Dynamite came in at No. 6 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics, which is the same spot they placed last week.

This week’s episode of NXT drew an average of 678,000 viewers on Wednesday night.

This is up from last week’s show that averaged 597,000 viewers. WWE NXT came in at No. 29 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics, which is up from the No. 42 spot they placed at last week.

In overall viewership, AEW Dynamite defeated WWE NXT in the “Wednesday Night War” by 79,000 viewers.

Demographic Ratings for AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT

WWE NXT, which a contract signing between Kyle O’Reilly and Adam Cole, averaged a 0.14 rating among adults 18-49. This is up from the 0.13 rating they had last week. 

AEW Dynamite, which a TNT Championship Match, averaged a 0.30 rating among adults 18-49. This is up from the 0.28 rating last week.
