Former WWE Superstar Lio Rush made his AEW debut tonight at the Double or Nothing PPV. Rush, a former WWE Cruiserweight Champion was the mystery card entrant in the Casino Battle Royale.
Rush was released from WWE back on April 15, 2020 as part of the budget cuts due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Rush is currently the AAA Cruiserweight Champion.
Rush (real name Lionel Green) announced on Twitter this past April that he now owns the trademark for his in-ring name.
