Ring of Honor star reportedly signs with AEW

According to a report by Fightful Select, ROH World Champion World Champion Jonathan Gresham has reportedly signed with AEW.

The report also notes that Gresham’s contract will see him perform for both AEW and ROH, which is the same as current ROH World TV Champion Samoa Joe.

Gresham will make his AEW television debut at Battle of The Belts II Saturday night on TNT, as he will defend the Ring of Honor World Title against Dalton Castle.

Gresham became the Undisputed ROH World Champion when he defeated Bandido in the main event of ROH Supercard of Honor back on on April 1. This was the very first ROH show that was booked under new ROH owner Tony Khan.

Gresham has been making appearances for IMPACT Wrestling in recent months, defending the ROH World Title. He is scheduled to square off against Eddie Edwards in a non-title match at the Rebellion pay-per-view on Saturday, April 23. As of this report, there is no word on if this will be Gresham’s final appearance for IMPACT.
