Madison Rayne was hired this week by AEW as the Head Coach of the women’s division. AEW also announced that Rayne is set to make her AEW wrestling debut on a special live Rampage Friday night on TNT.
Rayne was on guest commentary for a special Thursday night episode of Elevation, that included a confrontation with Jade Cargill and Stokely Hathaway, which set her match on Friday night’s Rampage with Leila Grey.
In addition, Rayne’s time with IMPACT Wrestling has not yet officially concluded. Rayne appeared on both AEW Dark Elevation and IMPACT Wrestling on Thursday night. On the episode of IMPACT, Rayne confronted Mia Yim backstage, and was forced by Gail Kim to wrestle Yim on next week’s episode. The episode was taped back on July 16.
