A report from PWInsider has indicated a feeling that TV tapings and overall production has been easier to handle with the conclusion of AEW Dark and AEW Dark Elevation.
According to the report there has also been a feeling that the live audience has been given a shorter but easier show to process, preventing crowd burnout by the end of the night on a weekly basis.
AEW Dark and AEW Dark Elevation were exclusive to the AEW channel on YouTube, coming to an end on the platform after a new deal reportedly mandated all AEW content be broadcast through Warner Bros Discovery.
In lieu of these shows, AEW has been taping episodes of Ring of Honor programming for HonorClub, notably not falling under this same exclusivity clause.
