Game Changer Wrestling has announced on their Twitter that AEW star Jeff Hardy will appear at the promotion’s My Name Is event next month.
GCW My Name Is will take place at the Harpos Theater in Detroit, MI on Friday, August 4. The event will available on FITE+ beginning at 8:00 pm ET.
This will be Jeff’s first independent appearance since the MCW Spring Fever show back on May 15, 2022.
During an episode last month of Matt and Jeff Hardy’s Extreme Life podcast, Matt stated that they wanted to put limits on Jeff’s independent appearances and signings as a way to help with his “journey to sobriety.”
GCW also announced that immediately following the My Name Is event, Jeff is scheduled to perform a concert.
