AEW taped this Friday night’s episode of Rampage on Wednesday night after Dynamite went off the air from the 1ST Bank Center in Broomfield, Colorado.

-AEW World Trios Championship Match: The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn defeated The Hardys & Brother Zay to retain the titles. Max Caster’s entrance rap included references to “Coach Prime” Deion Sanders and the University of Colorado Buffaloes college football team.
-NJPW Strong Openweight Championship Match: Eddie Kingston retained over Rocky Romero
Post-match, Katsuyori Shibata confronted Kingston. The title match with Kingston defending both the NJPW Strong Openweight Title and ROH World Title against Shibata for the Strong Openweight and ROH World Championships is set for this Sunday’s WrestleDream pay-per-view.
-The Righteous defeated two enhancement talents
-No. 1 contender’s match for an opportunrity at the AEW Women’s World Championship at Dynamite Title Tuesday on October 10: Hikaru Shida defeated Ruby Soho
