According to documents from the US Patent and Trademark Office website, Jack Perry has filed to trademark his name along with “Jungle Boy” for wrestling purposes as of 12/5.
The filings were made through attorney Michael E Dockins on behalf of Boy Myth Legend, Inc., with a focus on entertainment services including live and televised appearances, among other purposes.
Perry has yet to return to AEW following a backstage incident at All In that resulted in his indefinite suspension, but Bryan Alvarez noted on a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that he believes the suspension has been lifted, with AEW simply waiting for the right time to bring him back.
