In an interview with News 4 in San Antonio, Thunder Rosa stated that she is ready to return to the ring soon for AEW:
“I am ready. Whenever (I get) that call and, you know, my boss says ‘It’s time for you to return.’
I am super excited and I can not wait to show to the world and all you fans that have been supporting all this time that I am ready and I have a lot more to give.”
The station reports that Rosa will make her return at the 12/23 edition of AEW Collision from the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, but AEW has yet to an official announcement as of time of writing.
Rosa has, however, been featured in advertising for the show.
Rosa was last on AEW programming in August 2022, when she defeated Jamie Hayter to retain the AEW Women’s World Championship before relinquishing the title due to injury the following week.
