AEW rankings revealed following 1/31 Dynamite

During the 1/31 edition of AEW Dynamite, it was announced that the new rankings would be revealed later that night.

Following teases from AEW stars and commentary during the show, Tony Khan has taken to social media to unveil the top 5 contenders across the singles, tags, and trios divisions:

Of note, Swerve Strickland and Hangman Page find themselves first and second in the men’s rankings, something teased at the end of Dynamite leading to the announcement that they will face off next week for a shot at the AEW World Championship at Revolution.

Deonna Purrazzo, who was revealed as number one in the women’s rankings, has been working toward a match against AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm.

Sting and Darby Allin are currently scheduled to face Ricky Starks and Big Bill for the AEW World Tag Team Championship next week on Dynamite.

The trios division finds an interesting dynamic, due to current number one contenders Bullet Club Gold recently joining forces with AEW World Trios Champions The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn to form the supergroup Bang Bang Scissor Gang.
