AEW CEO, President and General Manager Tony Khan has officially announced Samoa Joe will defend the World Championship against Eddie Kingston at the Winter Is Coming episode of Dynamite.
During the special Thanksgiving episode of Collision, Kingston challenged Samoa Joe to an AEW World Championship match. Joe defeated ‘Hangman’ Adam Page to capture the title in a steel cage match at Full Gear back on November 22, with help from Hook.
At the time of this writing, no other matches have been announced for the show.
The Winter is Coming episode of Dynamite will take place on December 10 and air live on TBS and HBO Max from the Gateway Arena in College Park, Georgia.
