Sting commends Tony Khan for AEW treatment

During a signing for Palm Beach Autographs, Sting spoke with Going Ringside about how his run went in AEW compared to TNA and WWE.

The WWE Hall of Famer, whose last match took place at AEW Revolution 2024, responded:

They’re all different in some ways, but the thing that I liked about AEW is it always — it just felt like my brand. It felt like home to me.

Sting went on to commend Tony Khan for how he treated the Icon during his time in the company, stating:

He was the best. He was phenomenal. Treated me like gold the whole way through. If it wasn’t for Tony, I wouldn’t have had the run that I had. And Darby [Allin], my partner.

The signing this past weekend marked one of Sting’s final appearances on his “2025 or Never” tour, which will see the former multiple-time world champion wrap up convention appearances in the full Sting costume and face paint.
