Shelton Benjamin took to X to clear up concerns from fans that he was emotional during his ring entrance on Wednesday’s Dynamite.
Benjamin wrestled Jon Moxley in a Continental Classic Title Eliminator in the opening match of the show. As Benjamin came out from the backstage area, it looked like he was crying. He noted it was not tears, but just water he poured on his head before entering the arena.

“Thanks for the concern Fans you are greatly appreciated but, I don’t do emotional, I hurt Hurt people. However before I enter an arena I do pour water on my head that tends to drip.”
Moxley countered a triangle choke hold from Benjamin to pin him in just the few remaining seconds of the match. Had there been a time-limit draw or if Benjamin had pinned Moxley, he would have earned a shot at the Continental Classic Title.
