Former AEW champion working with CMLL for remainder of 2026

Thunder Rosa wrote a column for the website RÉCORD talking about her wrestling future, noting that her commitments with CMLL will continue for the remainder of the year.

On what the work will entail, the former AEW Women’s World Champion said:

This collaboration is not just a visit. From Friday, April 3, I will be working with the CMLL and I am excited to know that this stage will continue for the rest of the year, presenting myself in different arenas of CMLL. This implies a real commitment: Adapting to new opponents, to different audiences and to venues with a lot of history.

From April 3 to 5, at Arena Coliseo, I want that intention to be felt from the first minute, that the emotion is authentic and that the connection with the fans is earned.

This comes after Fightful Select reported that Rosa is expected a dual contract with AEW and CMLL, ahead of an upcoming trios match at a CMLL event on April 4.
