“Beautiful” Bobby Eaton passes away

NWA and WCW pro wrestling legend “Beautiful” Bobby Eaton has away at the age of 62.

Debbie Eaton Lewis, the sister of Bobby, posted the news via Facebook.

Eaton was best known as one half of The Midnight Express in the NWA and WCW, managed by Jim Cornette. He tagged with Dennis Condrey and then with Stan Lane.

In addition to the NWA and WCW, Eaton’s pro wrestling career included working for Mid-America Wrestling, Continental Wrestling Association, Mid-South Wrestling, World Class Championship Wrestling, and Smoky Mountain Wrestling. He also made appearances for ECW and TNA.

As of this report, there is no known cause of death.
