According to Fightful Select, Rey Mysterio was pulled from Saturday night’s WWE Supershow in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
It was noted that Mysterio was pulled from the showfor an undisclosed medical reason. He was scheduled to face WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns at the event.
Reigns ended up teaming with SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos to face Drew McIntyre, Finn Balor, and Cesaro. Reigns and his team lost the match.
It was also stated in the report that Mysterio was “briefly” at Friday Night SmackDown in Baltimore, which was Night One of the draft.
Mysterio, and his son Dominik, were both drafted from SmackDown to Raw.
