NBC Miami reported on Tuesday that current NWA star Taryn Terrell, is among four women that has recently filed a lawsuit against The Biltmore Miami Coral Gables Hotel and Resort, alleging that she was sexually abused by Biltmore’s former lead massage therapist Oscar Ojeda.
According to the lawsuit, Ojeda touched the four women inappropriately in a sexually abusive way. He was arrested this past May and charged with misdemeanor battery against two of the victims, including Terrell. He has plead not guilty and is scheduled for a court date next month.
Terrell told NBC Miami that she tried to warn the hotel about Ojeda’s behavior and that it’s “heartbreaking” to know others went through the same experience despite her attempts to warn the hotel.
The report from NBC Miami indicated that of all the things the hotel reportedly offered Terrell as a “make-good” for the incident, was a free massage.
Terrell is also a former WWE and IMPACT Wrestling star.
