Fan that attacked Seth Rollins at Raw charged with attempted assault

According to a report by Marc Raimondo of ESPN, the fan that attacked Seth Rollins during Monday’s Raw in Brooklyn has been charged by the New York Police Department with attempted assault and attempted violation of arts and cultural affairs, or also known as disrupting a live sporting event.

Per the report from NYPD, 24-year-old Elisah Spencer left his seat at at 9:20 pm local time, jumped barricade and attacked Rollins, who ended up with a swollen lip.

An NYPD spokesperson told ESPN that Rollins Refused medical attention after the attack.

The attack could be seen on live television on the USA Network, until WWE cameras quickly cut away to Finn Balor in the ring.

Back in April 2019, a fan tackled WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart during The Hart Foundation’s induction ceremony during the WWE Hall Of Fame.
