As of Friday, May 13, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch is back in jail.
At Sytch’s hearing which was held on Friday morning, the Judge said there no reasonable way to keep the public safe from her other than complete bond revocation.
The state of Florida in there argument their said it is “substantial probability” that Sytch committed DUI manslaughter, in the March 25 crash that killed a 75-year-old Julian Lasseter, and that Sytch poses a threat of harm to the community due to her long history of DUI offenses.
Sytch was arrested back on May 6 after her toxicology results from the crash came back. Local police said that Sytch’s blood alcohol level came in at 0.280, which is three and a half times the legal limit.
Sytch posted a $227,500 surety bond with the help of a Volusia County, Florida bail bondsman service.
Lasseter was killed in the crash when two vehicles were stopped for a traffic signal, when Sytch failed to stop and collided into one of them. This caused the vehicle that Sytch hit to crash into the other.
