According to F4WOnline, prior to walking out of this past Monday’s WWE Raw, it is being said Naomi was in negotiations for a new contract with the company.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Sasha Banks and Naomi walked out of WWE Raw this past Monday night after having issues with the planned creative direction. Both were scheduled to be part of a six-pack challenge on the show to decide the next challenger for Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair’s challenger at Hell in a Cell.
It was planned for Naomi to win the six-pack challenge. Banks was supposed to begin a feud with SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey. Banks was going to challenge Rousey at Hell in a Cell. Both women were said to have been set to lose the matches.
It is unknown what Monday’s walkout will mean for Naomi’s contract negotiations.
It was also noted most people in WWE who are signing new deals right now are getting substantial raises due to the competition between WWE and AEW, and that the salary structure for WWE talent has increased greatly.
