AEW star Jeff Hardy was arrested earlier on Monday in Volusia County, Florida for a DUI.
Hardy has been charged with a DUI. Hardy has also been charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years. This is his third offense within ten years.
Hardy was in Florida for an autograph signing and acoustic musical performance on Sunday at Slamtown VII in Orlando, Florida at a Dave & Buster’s location.
Several sources are reporting that Jeff was bonded out of jail in Volusia County, Florida on Monday at 7:07 pm local time. Jeff was set to appear in court on Tuesday at 1:30 pm local time. However, it has been canceled.
As of this report, AEW is no longer advertising the World Tag Team Title ladder match between Jurassic Express, the Young Bucks and The Hardy’s on Wednesday night’s episode of Dynamite.
