During Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite on TBS, Bryan Danielson announced that he is not medically cleared for this Sunday’s Forbidden Door PPV or Blood and Guts next week.
He said that due to the actions of Chris Jericho and Jake Hager at Double or Nothing, he is not medically cleared for either event. He did go on to say he can not wait to come back.
Danielson also said he would have liked to take on Zack Sabre Jr. at Forbidden Door, then follow up by participating in next Wednesday’s Blood and Guts match in Detroit. He further said he has a replacement for Sabre at Forbidden Door, and that he would not tell the fans who it is and he was not going to tell Sabre either. Sabre then came out as the segment ended with both men having a staredown.
