During the first hour of Wednesday’s Dynamite the announce booth consisted of Excalibur, Tony Schiavone and Taz. Jim Ross joined the team during the second hour, with Schiavone being absent during that time. Ross, however, was part of the commentary booth for the Rampage taping. There is also said to be speculation that AEW might doing an experiment. However, it is more than likely, Ross replaced Chris Jericho in the announce booth at the Rampage taping so that Jericho could sell his injuries from the Blood & Guts Match.

Alan Angels posted a statement on Twitter confirming his departure from AEW.  There were reports on Wednesday that his contract with the company was expiring.

Angels is the second Dark Order member to have their contract expire and not re-sign with AEW. Stu Grayson’s contract ended this past April. It was reported that Grayson and AEW could not come to terms on a new deal.
