Dalton Castle is reportedly a free agent

According to PWInsider, former ROH World Champion Dalton Castle is a free agent. Despite Castle holding the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championships with The Boys, he is said that he is not under contract to Tony Khan’s ROH. Malakai Black removed from Northeast Wrestling Show

Malakai Black has been removed from the lineup for Friday’s Northeast Wrestling show

The promotion posted on Instagram this past Wednesday that Black was removed from the event “due to health issues.” He had been scheduled to face Matt Taven. The promotion has booked AEW/ROH star Jay Lethal and nZo as replacements. 

After his match at All Out this past Sunday, Black took a bow and blew a kiss to the fans, which did not air on camera. This began speculation it was Black saying goodbye to AEW and its fans. Tony Khan then offered no comment on Black’s status with during the post-event media scrum.  It has since been reported that some in AEW believe Black has been granted a conditional release. 

Jake Hager said to have signed a contract extension with AEW

During an interview with Inside the Ropes released this past Wednesday, Chris Jericho said that that Jake Hager has signed a contract extension with AEW.
