Some fans pointed out on social media on Saturday that WWE had added Sasha Banks and Naomi back into the “Then. Now. Forever” intro video played before WWE Crown Jewel on Saturday.
Fightful Select is reporting that a WWE source said they believed production “just attached the wrong open to the start of the show.” A WWE rep also added that there is “no news to report” on the Banks and Naomi in regards to the intro video.
The intro for the Crown Jewel Kickoff show was the normal intro with Cody Rhodes and SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey, that did not include Banks and Naomi.
Banks recently took to Instagram to say that something crazy is coming, which has fueled speculation she is returning at Survivor Series.
