TMZ Sports releases arrest video of former NXT star The Velveteen Dream

TMZ Sports has posted the arrest video of former WWE Superstar The Velveteen Dream’s real name Patrick Clark) arrest from this past August.

Orlando Police arrested Clark (seen in the video) after he had allegedly bit and punched a gym employee after the two had an altercation. Clark also had told police that he did not commit battery and told them he should be able to call his lawyer.

Clark further told Orlando police officers that he was “a little inebriated” and then yelled at them as they drove him to the station. He is also heard yelling at Orlando police that they never did read him his Miranda Rights and that his lawyer would be suing the officers and the Orlando Police Department. Clark also at one a point can be heard telling the Orlando police officers that he is a “WWE wrestler.”

The arrest of Clark took place back on August 20 for charges of battery and trespassing on a property. The case has since been closed.  Clark’s hearing which had initially been set for September 28 was canceled. Back on September 9, Clark pled not guilty to the charges.

Court records indicated prosecutors believed they did not have enough to go forward with a case against Clark to have gotten a conviction, and it was further noted the case was “not suitable for prosecution.”

In the video, Clark can be heard using obscene language.
