AEW reportedly has a top talent set to work on the creative team for new Collision show

According to Fightful Select, Bryan Danielson is set to work on the creative team for the new AEW Collision show.

Danielson had helped with creative when he was with WWE, mostly during when he was the on-screen General Manager of SmackDown. It was further stated those in WWE had great things to say about Danielson’s demeanor when he assisted with the creative process.

The report further notes that AEW President, CEO, General Manager & Head of Creative Tony Khan comes in with the creative outlines for the shows, and the two key individuals which assist him in booking is QT Marshall and Sonjay Dutt. Christopher Daniels, Pat Buck, Dean Malenko, Jerry Lynn and Will Washington bring in their input. However, the belief now is that Washington is number 2 to Khan, while Dutt and Marshall are the co-number 2’s on the team. AEW World Champion MJF, The Elite, Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, and AEW World Tag Team Champions FTR all have significant input into their own storylines and creative directions.

Danielson has not wrestled since his lost to MJF in the 60-Minute Ironman Match at AEW Revolution back on March 5.

AEW Collision is set to premiere Saturday, June 17 on TNT and will be live each week from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm ET every Saturday night.
