It was announced during the May 22 episode of WWE Raw, that Money in the Bank qualifying matches will begin on next week’s episode.
As previously advertised, next week’s show will also feature the four-way match to crown new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
It was during the May 12 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, where Rodriguez and Liv Morgan successfully defended the titles over Bayley and Dakota Kai. However, Morgan was injured during the match, and the champions were forced to relinquish the titles on the May 19 episode of SmackDown, due to Morgan not be cleared to compete.
Rodriguez will be part of the four-way match. She has a new partner in Shotzi, who came down to make the save for Rodriquez when she was attacked by Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville, after Rodriguez defeated Deville.
The Four-Way WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match will be: Raquel Rodriguez and Shotzi vs. Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler vs. Bayley & IYO SKY vs. Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green
Next week’s show, which will be the fallout from Night of Championships, will take place live on the USA Network and emanate from the MVP Arena in Albany, New York.
WWE Money in the Bank will take place on Saturday, July 1, from the sold out O2 Arena in London, England. The event will air live on Peacock in the United States and on the WWE Network everywhere else, beginning at 1:00 pm ET.
