As reported by PWInsider Elite, Drew McIntyre has recently completed the process of becoming a naturalized citizen of the United States during his time off from WWE after WrestleMania 39.
McIntyre competed in a triple threat match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship, competing against Sheamus and champion Gunther in a bout that saw the champion retain.
McIntyre’s status on his WWE contract has not seen an update as of time of writing.
